Antiquing, Petaluma Style!

I went antiquing today with my two best girlfriends, my daughters Jamie and Sarah. The Petaluma Antique Faire is a twice a year event and is always so fun to experience. If for nothing else than the kettle-corn! (I designed the logo and flyers many years ago when I was an antique dealer. It’s great to see they still use the same design after all this time.) I took lots of photos of goodies from several dealers. Some I had the chance to visit with and it made my day all the more enjoyable. (Click on photos to enlarge!)

The denim jackets accented with vintage barkcloth are by the well known Fisherman’s Wife, Eileen Alexandar. Eileen is the wonder behind the upcoming Vintage Holiday Boutique I will be selling at in November.

Somehow, I always run into my sweet friend Debra, here with her lovely daughter Caitlin and Caitlin’s friend Brianna. Such beautiful souls.

My budget was pretty minimal this go around, and here is the little bit of loot I came home with. However, there is one big amazing piece I believe I will be going back to buy from a shop tomorrow, and I’ll be sure to show you if I do! Jamie found a couple of baseball gloves for her collection and Sarah, a little wooden cowboy keychain.
