Half My Life: In God’s Gentle Hands

Today I realized that it was exactly 21 years ago today when at age 21, I left my past in the Midwest and drove a U-Haul truck straight into my new life in California. I landed with only $200 to my name, no car and only a friend’s couch for a bed.

Tomorrow when I awake, I will have lived most of my life in California. God is SO good and I am SO blessed for the life I have been given, the journey I have traveled and the beauty that surrounds me.
