Fab Blog Share

My crafty-blog friend Rachel Hobson aka: Average Jane Crafter and a contributing writer to Craftzine, who obviously knows me and my design tastes well, turned me onto a blog that absolutely makes my heart race. It’s Pattern Maker Charts, a blog chock full of free vintage and historic cross-stitch patterns, and more. Although I don’t do cross-stitch, I am completely in love with all of the historic patterns, typography, monograms, and the gorgeous, GORGEOUS book covers. A fabulous resource for any crafter and/or designer!
Thanks a million, Rachel!

This is just so amazing! I just found your blog, and I wanted to say just how impressed I am with everything here! I love the perforations, it makes me want to get a junk sewing machine! (I think I'm too chicken to risk the good one) Thank you for the link to all these beautiful images. I love old books and etchings, I've started collecting them, and keep meaning to post them on my blog. Hopefully now that the holidays are over I can!
